Rates

• $125 for 60 minute intake
• $110 for 50 minute session

Insurance

I'm happy to provide super bills for you to file with your insurance, however I cannot be responsible for the amount your insurance will reimburse for out-of-network benefits, if any. It's best to reach out to your insurance company for guidance on their procedures for reimbursement. I'm happy to provide you with the documentation required, but will not file insurance for clients or provide in-network benefits at this time.

Payment

I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. The session fee will be charged to your card the morning of your appointment, prior to our meeting.

Cancellation Policy

Your session is reserved solely for you. I do not double book or have crisis appointments or walk-ins to fill my schedule. If you are unable to attend your session, notice of at least 24 hours beforehand is required. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will incur the full session charge. While I understand emergencies do come up, your communication with me is vital for our relationship and my practice logistics. Please let me know as soon as you foresee you will be late or missing your appointment. Thank you for understanding the importance of this policy!
